MDCN Induction

Licensed to practice by MDCN (video included)

It’s official—I can legally practice medicine in Nigeria. After the series of ‘trials and tribulation’ we were put through. The induction ceremony was held on the 8th of November, 2016 at the Nigerian Air force (NAF) conference center. The program was scheduled to start at 10am, but like most Nigerian events, it started almost 11am. The hall was occupied by the inductees, the guests, and the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) officials. Each inductee was allowed 2 guests but despite the officials effort to regulate the inflow of people, the hall was full to capacity. Over 100 people were standing by the sides of the hall; some even sat on the carpet-laid floor.

The program was a huge success as you would soon see in the video below

The next step is to start my internship (housejob). I can’t wait…

Hope you enjoyed the video (a lot went into it’s editing). Please leave your comments and congratulatory *wink* messages below. I would love to hear from you.

With Love,

Phiephiee 💋
